I wish you would bring back the Bell Beefer i miss eating that and i rarely go back it not the same as used to be. why did you take it away to begen with i dont know

Let's just say when it was time to go I still didn't receive what I had order.
"Must we go back to school in order to learn what True Customer Service is?"

I recently visited a Taco Bell in Aberdeen MD and ordered a chicken ranch taco salad. I did not know that I would get a big scoop of refried beans and another of rice, sour cream and noodles and only 5 small bites of chicken for $6.04. Wendy's taco salad for less money is 100% better. However, it does not have any chicken but has a good helping of their chili.

Your team is doing a great job here. I stopped at the drive thru and ordered a 2 loaded nachos. Your attendant said I'm so sorry sir, we no longer have that item on our menu. What a disapppointment. Why is it when you folks have a great menu item, a great seller etc. you pull them off the menu? I was ask if there was anything else we wanted to order. I replied no thank you, and drove to mcDonalds for burgers.

i am very upset about the taco bell commercial on tv .the one where the guy is being kind and telling the food server to keep the change. when the cheap guy interfers. what is this teaching our children. and i guess the cute guy had never had to be a waiter or work for tips.

i hope someone from taco bell reads this and passes it on to the commercial writers. we need positive stuff out there in the world. and really no mean and stupid things..please!!!

We usually go to Taco Bell in Slidell, LA, AND THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT, but we tried The Taco Bell in Picayune, MS December 8th, 2008 AND
FOUND IT TERRIBLE: Gorditos & Burritos were only about 1/4 filled
staff & manager refused to fill them their manager gave me a refund
for one bean burrito of one dollar which he threw to me. No Way to do

We went to Portage, IN Taco Bell. It is 20 degrees out and they had no heat, just the fan blowing. It was so cold that I had on a sweatshirt over another shirt and my long winter coat plus a scarf around my neck and I froze. All the other guest were also bundled up. Our food got cold before we were half way done eating. We will not be back until it is warmer.

I went into taco bell yesterday, and was happily greeted at the door. my order was taken in a very polite manner. considering it was a grande meal and the drive through and lobby was packed, I recieved my meal very quickly. The taco bell crew has come a long way and is improving every time I come through.WAY TO GO CREW,WAY TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX!

i was in taco bell. it took 20min to get a simple order, people before me still didn't have their order, the floor was discusting, the employees acted like they didn't know what they were doing.
Garbage was overflowing.
i will not eat their until they get their act together.
