easy return policy
I had to return all I bought because none of it fit. Not their fault but I was happy with how easy it was to return it.

Target online is moving up!
Target online is actually a nice site and very easy to navigate. I could easily find what I was searching for and had it delivered for free. No trouble with the payment and everything went through on the shipping. They give some good deals for online buyers.

Beware of return policies
I just purchased an item through Target.com using Paypal on my Paypal Mastercard. When I tried to return the item, with all the appropriate paperwork in hand, they refused to issue me anything other than a giftcard. I repeatedly asked them to issue me a credit to my paypal credit card which it was purchased on, or at the very least give me cash so I could pay my bill. I want to know how I am supposed to pay my bill since I purchased this item else where.
They informed me repeatedly that this was their "policy" and that they couldn't help me. I will never shop Target again. I understand when you don't have a receipt for an item, but when you have a legitimate receipt, how can they not refund it to the credit card it was purchased on. It was also returned well within their timeframe.

DON'T DO IT!!!
I have ordered items from several different websites and am very dissappointed in the behavior and actions of target.First they overcharged my account 209.49 on the eve of Christmas and stated that it was my banks responisblity to correct their mistake.Called TARGET.COM CS which is in Menilla and India and no one understood what I was talking aobut.Called coperate office in the United States and spoke to TRoy and Cluadia who stated that they do not handle on-line services and told me they had nothing to do with it and could not help me and hung up on me!!!THIS IS A MESS AND I AM CLOSING MY TARGET CARD AND WILL NOT SHOP AT ANY TARGET STORE!!!I AM STICKING WITH WALMART!!

Prices at Target.com
Check your shopping cart before you hit the final checkout button on Target.com. I was in the process of purchasing an iTouch from Target.com and before I could make it through the final step in checking out, the price of the item went up. If I were in a Target store and put items in my shopping cart from the shelf I would not expect to pay more when I went to the checkout to pay. This is exactly what happened on Target.com. I had an iTouch in my cart and continued shopping. Thirty minutes later the price is higher. What gives?? It was explained to me that updates occur on Sunday and Monday. But during a shopping trip online?? Good Customer Service is non existent for Target.com. I spoke with a rep, a supervisor and a manager all of which could care less if this has happened. I was told to contact the corporate office and will do so on Monday morning as their off hours corporate number rings to an offshore call center somewhere in India. Totally useless also.

Badly needs an upgrade
I've been to their site a number of times through the years and I understand their database is huge but the look and feel has not changed in years I feel like! it is hard to navigate because of the sheer amount of stuff. It's just not fun to go there, I'd rather walk the aisles. Wait, is that a strategy?
