God help you if you discover a mistake after e -filing. No phone to call and (no)support email refuses to answer. RUN AWAY!!!

Very simple, fast and easy to use. This is a amazing product. I just filled my W2's and the return was ready. I would highly recommend everyone to use it.

Asks, even demands, on forms that either do not apply or are downright incorrect. Horrible piece of software. Avoid at all costs.

cumbersome and not very user friendly. i already had the paper forms completely filled out and it still took me over 3 hours to finish, and i am still not sure it is right. somehow an amended return got submitted and i have no idea why. also never got the state tax to print out. used another service last year and it was easier

Well, I can't say I have tried anybody else, but I think I saved time by giving these guys $8, and if the efile at the state turns into a problem, I'll print out my federal and just send it to the state. I could have done the whole thing for free, the $7.95 was the charge to efile at the state, but I decided it was worth it.

They sent me the tax as an email pdf - my one gripe is that they didn't actually print out the state form, but they did print out the federal, and the state is not that important to me. All in all, it didn't seem like a bad $8 investment.

State Efile software problems. Will not post phone numbers to contact them to resolve problems. Will not answer emails either, have emailed for 7 days straight and have received no response. Even the Dept of Revenue in my state contacted them to have them call me to tell me know how to resolve problem but they haven't. Don't make the mistake I did and use this software.
