 Retroactively charged for "free" shipping after I returned an itemI placed an online order for free shipping over $30. My $35 order qualified for free shipping. I needed to return the product b/c it didn't fit. I paid for return shipping. They retroactively charged me for shipping it the first time b/c I returned the item. My refund was only $30, after I paid the $5 original shipping... fee. So, I paid for return shipping and "free" shipping that wasn't free b/c I returned the item. Dishonest and unethical! Free shipping is free shipping, not free shipping unless you return it. Buyer beware!
