I have been ordering from this place for a few years now. I have never encountered any issues, although there was one issue with an aroma lamp being out of stock, but they never charged me for it. The scents I have gotten have always been quality and exactly what I expect. I recommend them to family and friends all the time!

I have been a customer for years and I simply love this company. They do not ship very fast but it is well worth the wait.

The Scent Wizard
I've never had worst customer service anywhere. I ordered two things on Dec 30th. On Jan 13th, I look at my order status and notice it's still pending so I e-mail someone that day and get no response, I e-mail again really upset and they finally respond saying they were out of the office all the way till the jan 5th, and they will be sending my order out asap. So i wait a few more days and notice my order is still pending...? I e-mail them again and they respond saying my item was out of stock. Why they didn't e-mail me, I don't know, instead they wait for me to question. So they tell me I can get a new one for free or cancle my order and that it would be taken care of that day, i e-mail them back and told them which one i want. So again I wait.. i e-mailed them on the 16th because i noticed its still pending. Then the person tells me it's my fault because i chose one when she was supposed to..?? Why, again, they did not e-mail me and inform me.. i do not know, instead I have to question them.. So my order got cancelled and they made me feel like it was my fault because they don't like to inform their customers when something might be out of stock, or they won't be in the office.. or any kind of useful information regarding the status of your order.
