TICKETSNOW can be misleading and has horrible consumer service!

I recently bought hockey tickets from TICKETSNOW. I found out the tickets are "standing only" once the tickets actually got to my house and not before hand. The website did state that the tickets were in row "SRO", I later found out this means "Standing room" but not from the website, you can't find that information on the website. I tried to return or even exchange my tickets and was told that they can do nothing for me. Watch out when using this website, once they have your money they treat you very poorly.
