location at Mountain Rd. & Birchmount St, Moncton,NB. Sun., Sept. 12,2010 visited this store. Service very slow. Most distressing was a man walked his small dog on a leash into the store, some people petted the dog and was held for about 5 min, by a young girl...store employees looked and ignored the incident. I found this very offensive while eating.

my husband and I go to Tim Hortons a lot and enjoy everything. Lately we find that some shops are playing music which adds a lot of noise. We will try to find a Tim Hortons not using music. Keep up the good work but please ...less music

I have vistied this ABOVE site many times and I AM ALWAYS given the wrong items. I have told them about this each time. I always order hot tea and each time I am given hot coffee at the drive-in. The lid will sometimes say hot tea but still give me coffee. I think that somehow orders should be given more consideration AND AGAIN IT JUST HAPPENED TODAY.

Have been looking forward to quaffing Tim Hortons at Penn Station. Today I got a cup and was very dissapointed. Since the mid 80's,I have been drinking TH's coffee. I have sampled it all over Ontario Province and Buffalo, NY. and loved its robust flavor. The cup I bought at Penn was weak and had no flavor. Is the Reise Organization watering the coffee? Very displeased with the coffee.

I live in Erie Pa.and go to meny of the tim hortons here!I absolutely love tim hortons!although:I have encountered a few situations at one in particular location!!the east side store,on more than one occasion has given me the wrong thing,or not made it right! THE fruit explosion had no center jelly and my mocha was so hot i almost scalded me!! but the other east side store is awsome! and i mean that!

I'm having a problem with a girl at that Tim Horton, when me friend and i go through there to get coffee, she gives us dirty looks.We have told them there has been hair on the coffee lid,will not take the coffee and would like another coffee made for us. It's only the night shift that give us a problem, had a coffee slamed down on the counter, because we have asked for that,i have put a comment page in there and nothing has been done about it. the girlsfirst name is Jody. asked some one in there what the girls namewas. the guy tha slamed the coffee on the counter, he still works there, don't know he's name.Other then that your store is great , we visit almost everday.thanks for listening

i just couldnt believe what i read in the paper today...a friendly employee of tim hortons gives a child a timbit and gets fired...really..i think the wrong person was fired and i dont even know her and i like this person...i think you should throw the person who fired her out the door.good luck nicole...dont change your kind ways

my husband and i took our usual evening walk approx. 6 to 8 blocks we decided to count the tim hortons cups thrown on the streets as we walked 56 cups in that short space on city streets where is the accountability ? why are so many of these cups filling our landfill sites this is atrocious tim hortons is bad for the environment

got breakfast sandwitches at 10:30am today, they were out of sausage, and out of muffins. You do advertise til 11.am. Also tried out tims hashbrowns. Gastly. Awful. They were 1/3 the size of McDonalds hashbrowns, they were soggy, tasted of ONION, and looked kind of grey. McD's are brown, CRISPY, 3 times larger, and taste MUCH BETTER. Tim's other foods are great, but not breakfast. I'm retired and as I don't have to get up for work, I usually can't get to McD's by their rildiculous cut off time. Either smarten up your breakfast offerings, or give up on breakfast and stick to what you do well. By the way, Mc'Donald's coffee is undrinkable. If I bought the cheapest coffee available, and boiled it at too high a temparature for 2 hours, it would still be better than McD's. If I get up early enough, I'll go to McD;s for their egg McMuffin, and come to Timmies for the coffee.
