My wife & I stayed at the Ecellence for * days. The staff are great, they bend over backwards for your needs. The food was great. This is a small all-inclusive resort, but lacks nothing. This was our second time at this resort. We have tried other resort, but none have compared to excellence great service.

My trip to Marshall, Texas at the Farfield Inn & suite was a very pleasant one. the staff was outstanding and treated us with the upmost respect. the room was great and I would recommend this Hotel to everyone.

visit to Kingston for RMC graduation and our stay at Holiday Inn express was very pleasant. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, great buffet breakfast, good food hot and cold. Will visit again. Recommend it highly.

We took the 9/11 Memorial walking tour.We had almost a private tour & the tour guide was so knowledgeable and friendly.Jim went way above & beyond to show us everything about lower Manhattan.The tour was supposed to be 2 hrs & he spent 3 full hours with us pointing out the most minute details that proved very interesting & informative.We were so very pleased & would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

On April 23, 2012 our school visited Kelowna to attend a music festival with 76 students!! We chose the Ramada Inn for it's pleasure to serve a group such as ours, their efficient way of handling such a large group upon check-in and check-out, during the stay and the attached restaurant, Perkins Restaurant, were outstanding at having all the meals, which were pre-ordered, ready on time and on the tables within 10 minutes of arrival!! Thank you so much to all the staff who were outstanding and made our stay an awesome one. I highly recommend this hotel for it's great staff, great service, and very pleasant surroundings, close to all ammenities.

We stayed this week (april 2012) in Sevilla in hotel Vincci Hoteles. A super location situated in the centre of the old city and on walking distance of the attractions and museums. Opposite this hotel (Castelar 9; T. 954215925) is a company situated where you can rent electric bikes and we can recommend this company for their products and personal service. They offer perfect bikes of good service, like a map of the city and personal tips for visits and lunch etc. You can easily cycle all day on this bike without any problem and it is a great way of visiting this beautiful city. Recently, my wife and I booked at room at the Drisco Hotel in San Francisco. We had been looking for a small hotel away from the hustle and bustle of downtown that prides itself on paying special attention to its guests, feels european, is priced reasonably, pays attention to small details and is warm and welcoming. We had just about given up when we discovered the Hotel Drisco on line. What a wonderful and special evening we had: we purchased a special package with a lovely and spacious room that also included a happy hour with quality wine and fine cheeses at the hotel, a $150 credit for dinner at the Spruce restaurant, limo service one way as well. Upon waking up the next day to go down to complimentary breakfast, we were treated to a special breakfast that reminded us of the finest hotels in Europe! So, if we let you in on our little secret, promise us not to go too often, because we will be making it our home away from home when we visit San Francisco and want to be sure there are rooms available...You are in for a real treat!

When we arrived in San Diego, it was "veterain Day" week end and most
hotels were filled,so we were told,due to all the extracurricular activies. The Hotel we had pre-arrangements with was not to our sati-
faction. Clarion Hotel (CAC96) 700 National City Blvd. National City,
Ca. Made accommodations for us, a party off three,with two seperate
rooms.They were able to place our rooms on the same level and very
close together. The rooms were spacious, with all the amenities.(Breakfast/dinner) served in your room for no extra charge, if you so choose. A great view of the ocean, the mountains, and quite near both. Their staff was so pleasant,and shuttels to all the tourist hookups. We had a very pleasant stay,So much so,that one day I didn't leave the hotel.

Very clean and friendly, easy access around by bus for shopping. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Had supper in restaurant and was one of best steaks ever had, service was gerat and chef even came out to be certain we enjoyed.Great hotels for long or short stay. staff very helpful would highly recommend. Enjoyable stay.

My family and I have had one of the best holidays at Flamingos Hotel. It was beautiful, simpel and elegant at the same time.. There was clean all time. It is a family resort and they all work for you and your request. There restaurant is beautiful and the food is the best i have ever tastet. The waiters and the Family are all sweet and human and professionels. It was the first abroad vacation for my kids, and they were imprest that they had so much time for them. It's not the last time we visit the Flamingos Hotel. We will recommend it to all who reads it in here and by talking about it among friends.

We have done many tours through out the world, gator tours ranks tops with us. We were picked up on time at our hotel, transfered to a van where our driver and guide who we call "Milton The Great" because he was just that. He informed us of what to expect in clearwater, and the many options that were avail. Because he made The Seascreamer sound so exciting we decieded to upgrade and take the tour. Great decision. We saw dolphins inches from the boat, the homes were breathtaking, clearwater beach is outstanding. Some people went fishing and brought back some BIG fish. Overall were glad we did this trip and we were lucky to draw Milton as our guide. We felt like he was concerned we had a great experiance and made us feel safe. We have stayed on the Gold Coast for many years and tried loads of places. Everything about this Mantra hotel is great. Right in the heart of Surfers Paradise yet quiet relaxing surroundings. The pools are beautiful the gym well fitted out and the rooms are perfect. Comfortable beds huge bath/spa bathroom well appointed. For a trouble free holiday this is the place to go.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Myers, Florida for three weeks on business. It was a wonderful experience that far exceeded my expectations. The "all in one" bartender/waitress/server "Monique" was wonderful. She gave excellent service and went beyond and exceeded even that! The food at the grill was well prepared by an chef named Bob. His roasted red pepper soup was superb. I loved it so much that Monique saved a bowl for me, knowing it would not be offered the following night! I forgot my umbrella one week and returned the next week, not expecting to ever see it again, and Housekeeping's Maria Hernandez left it at the desk. If anyone is traveling or planning to travel to the Fort Myers area, I highly recommend this wonderful hotel and it's exception staff! Thanks, Monique, Bob, and Maria for making my stay an exceptional experience!

The service and food was exceptional with good prices and large portions. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will definitely be back. :)

Whilst the setting of this hotel is beautiful, the staff are un friendly anbd dow right rude. We were kicked out of the hotel restaurant at 9.30pm and shoved into a small lounge area and the door slammed in our face. I requested an extra pillow 4 times over a 5 hour period and did not get it. Also had to ask 3 times for a towel as the maid had take mine. Food very average

Rod Jarrah (General Mgr) and his staff always greet you with smiles. They have been friendly and courteous with rooms that are bright and clean !! The food and beverage staff are equally pleasant to be around.The menu is nice and priced right. A GREAT place to stay if you are in the northern Virginia area.

Just loved this hotel. Very clean, rooms were spacious, nicely appointed, lovely selection of breakfast foods, great location and all personnel were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Our tour guide Mary and driver Tom were a great team who made our tour one of the best we have experienced. Mary told many personal stories that made the day memorable and her insights as a local were enlightening.
We were given enough history to make the sites we visited come alive. We learned a lot about the country, its economics and people. We were given plenty of free time to explore on our own but Mary was always near if we needed her. Our day was perfect and we recommend this tour without any hesitation.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 days June 2011, an excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff,very good value for money and the service would not be better if you were to stay at the larger hotels in the area. Food is superb, freshly cooked and served promptly. In summary the hotel is highly recommended and we will stay there again, subject to there being vacancies, as guests tend to revisit!

Stayed from 5/30/11 to 6/2/11 and received a great rate for the area. The service was outstanding and the staff was both professional and friendly...even the cleaning staff! Their continental breakfast was the best I've experienced at any hotel/motel, everything from make-your-own begian size waffles, scrambled eggs, saugage links and home fried potatoes, to cereals, fruits, pastries and the assorted drinks. My wife and I highly recommend them if/when you are staying in Coos Bay!

We had a very good time here, and they gave us an upgrade as well. The weather was not the best, but we made the best of it. The facilities at this resort were great. I would fully recommend this hotel to anybody who wishes to stay here.

Just home from 7 nights staying at the above hotel. I am coeliac and was a bit worried about the food in tenerife!!! I told the hotel when i booked and they had my food organised for my arrival. One girl in particular translated for me to the chief and also asked me everyday if i was happy with the food. I was delighted and it was the first holiday i had in years where i didnt get sick! Thanks so much to all the staff at the sol princesa dacil hotel in tenerife. I would recommend the hotel to anyone with food allergies!!!

Have just spent three nights B&B. Very friendly, clean and comfortable. Excellent full English Breakfast. Good location very close to centre of Grasmere. Would certainly like to visit again but with better weather.

This is a GREAT place to eat in Charleston. The food was awesome and we had service with a smile. We stayed in Charleston for three days and had to eat here every morning. Toast was one of the highlights to our trip.

MEALS that are comparable if not better to any 5 stars dining establishments...big swimming pool, much warmer than other hotels we have been in and a service so friendly that the atmosphere is such that you will want to just sit and relax or stay another day...the view is incredible, the rental of cross-country skis or snow shoes is so appropriate

Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Piqua, Ohio on March 8th. Desk clerk Kay was super in helping me be able to use some of my accumulated points for the stay. Gave discount for using some of the stores at the adjoining mall,very nice, clean room and easy parking too.

Had a great time in Matzalan. The restaurant at the Marina is excellent. The staff, especially Armando, do a great job with the accomadations. Ted D.
