I really enjoy TCM not just for the film noir & westerns it shows but Robert Osborne's format before the movie starts! Also Ben Manchiewitz is also great! My only complaint today is why nobody took time to remember passing of Dale Robertson? In th past TCM took some time out to pause a star's death ! This was not done? At least why not show some of his great westerns! TCM, there is room for improvement! MichaelD

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU COULD SHOW MORE OF SHIRLEY TEMPLE'S MOVIES, THE YOUNGER YEARS, MAYBE ONE WHOLE DAY OF HER PICTURES, I WOULD SURE APPRECIATE IT, MAYBE ONCE A MONTH OR SO, LOVE THEM, WHEN I WAS YOUNGER THERE USED TO BE MOVIES IN THE AFTERNOON AND SHE WAS ON EVERY AFTERNOON FOR A WEEK, AND THEN AT CHRISTMAS TIME, IT WAS FABULOUS, THANK YOU.

We were so thrilled seeing back to back Laurel & Hardy movies this past weekend. It was great fun seeing real humor.

Burt and Debra did a movie in Chase County, Kansas in a little town called Elmdale, Kansas. The movie was filmed in the house I grew up in. There is one scene I remember where Debra is talking to Burt from a bedroom window, which was my window as a girl. I can remember many times talking to my friends from that window. I cannot remember the name of the movie, but it was about Trick Airplane Flyers, and filmed on location in Cottonwoodfalls, Clements, Strong City, and Emporia Kansas. Please let me know how Ican purchase this movie.

I was a business man in Colorado between 1966 and 1969. I took my wife and 7 children(5 girls and 2 boys ages 18 to 6)to breakfast after church on a Sunday. The girls in their best dresses and the boys in suits and ties. Marlan Brando was having breakfast with several people at a table near us. We finished breakfast and started walking to the car in the parking lot. I could hear foot steps behind me so I turned. "Hello, I`m Marlan Brando" he said extending his hand."Yes I know, my name is Fred Peyton" We shook hands and he said "I want to tell you that how much I admire your beautiful family. I`m impressed with the children`s good behavior." He then ruffeled the hair of my 2 young boys and told them to be good and obey their parents.He then turned and left.
