They have been providing privacy services since 1997. I have used them for almost five years now and think they provide a valuable service. I guess you call it spam, they call it advertising. I use their anonymous blog posting interface and notice that every once in a while they include a url back to their site at the bottom of the post. Seems like reasonable advertising to me. I would do the same thing!

I have lost my user ID twice. Luckily when I signed up I took a screen shot of the thank you page. With that alone they have given me a new user ID each time. That's my experience with them.

When I signed up with them it was $21 for a lifetime subscription, October 10,2000. My user ID and password still work just fine. I have my original welcome message from them and it clearly states that sharing your user id and password will result in it being revoked! Clearly you violated the terms and now pay the price! Deal with it.

I bought a lifetime membership to www.ultimate-anonymity.com. about 10 years ago. I used it very seldom and sometimes not for years. A while back I tried to log in and couldn't. After about 2 months trying trying to contact them they finally told me my account was closed because my userid and password were all over the net. Personally I never gave out my user info and never told anyone I used their service. I believe if my info is out there, it was leaked by them or their site is not secure and safe as they say.

Ive used this service for a couple years now. I sent an email to support early this morning, included my user ID and said I was not able to log in. It was not even an hour later I received a message apologizing for the inconvenience with a new user ID and password. I did notice my original user ID was disabled after the new one was issued. No complaints here and I have never shared my user ID or had it compromised in any way.

I hate it when competitors bad mouth companies for their own gain! This site is amazing and they deliver what they promise and more. I signed up a couple of months ago mainly for the anonymous SMS service but have found a lot more useful services they provide as well. Worth every cent. When my 3 month contract expires, they even agreed to up me to lifetime for the difference instead of charging me for the full amount of a lifetime subscription!

This happened to me not long ago but I sent a request to idATultimate-anonymity.com along with my not working user ID and they sent me new access credentials. Turns out that my old user ID was phished somehow and published on some warez site. A quick Google search revealed my user ID and password being published which is why it was disable. I suspect the same happened to you. I haven't had any issues since receiving my new user ID and password.
