Poor treatment of the handicapped
I have usually been pleased with my experiences with USAir until last week. I fly handicapped assisted and was the last to board the plane because a wheelchair was not requested until boarding began. My seat was chosen specifically for my problem, however someone else was in it and the flight attendant made ME sit somewhere else farther back and on the wrong side of the aisle that I needed. She was not the least bit concerned that some girl had just sat there to be near a friend and never asked her to get up. When I questioned it, she blew me off. Obviously, I had an uncomfortable flight. Not good business.

Misleading information re:credit card
We are unhappy. Bought your credit card with the promise of round trip fleights for 25, 000 miles. Come to find out they are virtualy unavalable. We were assured the only black out date was Christmas. I cannot get a flight for the West Coast any time this summmer. One of your representaves said "because it is summer"..That is rediculous. Next you will be saying because it is fall. We will be cancelling the card. You guys are not truefull.

Emergency landing in Atlanta
Thank you US AIR - you and your staff and the Dr. and nurse on the flight saved my husbands life on Monday, March 2, 2009. Our confirmation
#N34XAO-going from Fort Walton Beach, FL to Charlotte, NC. He became ill and
the Dr. on the flight ordered the plane down in Atlanta. He was transported to the hospital and a pace maker was placed and we continued our flight home to Sandusky, OH on March 7th. Please forward this note to the Dr. and nurse. I understand you not able to give us
their identification. You all have our heartfelt thanks.

Usair does not take care of its customers
I called usair to chage my reservation . My son needs a heart operation. He was to be operated on Mar 27 changed my reservation to Mar 25 usair charged us $300. The heart doctor said he is getting worse change date of operation. we had to change our flying date again to Mar11 again usair chaged us $300 This is poor business for a steady flyer like us. I will try to use a different airline.
