I am a frequent flyer member and have been since 1987. my expierence today trying to secure two seats fri bwi to hhh took over an hour and four different attempts before successfully navigating my way to securing flights. Ridiculous to have to exhaust such efforts to fly somewhere in off peak time. Furthermore to comsumption rate of 25,000 per seat instead of 20000, then the associated security fee and then the fee for using MY DIVIDEND MILES OBSURD THEN THE TICKETING FEE. If your airline is tryiong to discourage we the frequent flyers from flying USA you are doing a wonderful job.

my wife & son are now sitting in las vegas airport, now 24 hrs and still there, no help from U.S. Airline. we fly 2 times per month,this is the worst service I have ever encountered!! I will choose another airline hereafter. I hope they will arrive in PA sooner rather than later!

My wife and I took a flight from Jacksonville,NC to Orlando, Fla. with what was suppose to be a 40 minute layover in Charlotte.
