Telstra Bigpond Has provided a very poor service
I urge any business looking for Internet services to look around.
Telstra Bigpond locked my business into a contract however did not supply the service. After many emails and phone calls my staff did not have emails after 8 weeks. after this time I requested that the service be cancelled but they had locked my additional services account which prevented me from actioning online. On 1 occasion i\I was transfered 11 times and many of my phone calls i was on hold for over 30 mins at a time.
I took photo's of the phone with the phone number and the time waiting. After all of this they did not even say sorry. Not many businesses can operate without these services. Imagine if you owned a business and Telstra treated you like this and there was nothing you coud do.
This case was reported to the telecommunications Ombudsman, and the Department of Fair Trading. There are some great companies out there offering simmilar services and providing a much better service than my business and family have received.
If you don't have a radio and feel like listening to the same music over and over again call 13pond in between 2:30 and 4:30 monday - Friday and put it on loud speaker.
