My son tried to return a knife that he purchased 5 days ago after the cashier told him that he would have 7 days to returned it. He went to the counter and the clerk asked for a phone number and photo ID, which he does not have, he is only 12 years old. She told him that he needs to provide the information. I step in and attempt to help by showing my DL and again was not accepted. We both were treated with absolute no respect. I phone the costumer service and Natascha, the attendant told that the stores are franchises and they their own way of dealing with costumers and was nothing that she could do. I did asked then, why they need all the information if the proper receipt and the item was in prefect condition with the proper packaging. She could not provide a proper explanation, but kept on saying that she knew how I feel.
In my opinion the so called costumer service is extremely poor. The store does not need all the information that are asking. I will not provide any information to any store, there are to many identity theft now a days. In my opinion, I rather shop some place else.
