The service is always fantastic. Great staff. But why is the parking lot at 9:30 in the morning (2010 01 04) not ploughed. It is still covered in slippery snow. I could not bring my 86 year mother in today. Too dangerous. I am disappointed in how this franchisee looks after this part of the bsuiness. It will only be a matter of time before something serious happens to someone. I AM a FREQUENT USER for breakfast with my mother. I am concerned, if no action is taken. It is just a matter of time.
