I went to them about 3 years ago and discussed a major problem I was having in my life, and said I couldn't pay for the service anymore, and had to leave. You know what Jenn did for me? She made arrangements with me to become a sponsored account for a year. You heard me - they gave me my account for a year, because I'd been there for years, and didn't want to leave but had no choice in the matter. Jenn was amazingly kind, said she wouldn't stand for it and not to worry about it until I got back on my feet. Who else, what other service, anywhere, would do that for someone they don't even know except by email. I didn't take advantage of them for very long but the offer was there and it took that worry away. I have been very attached to my website (very personal or I'd post in in here) and not having to lose it helped my emotional state a lot. I would love to talk to jenn on the phone but I understand that I can't. It is enough that I konw she is there to talk to by email if I need anything.
