We have had nothing but problems with this expensive product. The tech support is in India and you cannot understand them. They promise to send the "techs" out within 5 days, and you never hear from them for an appointment. This is the worse service possible. We spent over $500 for installation and over 80/mo for poor service. It is slow, much slower than DSL, in fact, we are going to lose about $300 to close the contract, but I would rather lose and go back to DSL. I have had to purchase an aircard just to get service at home.
