I just read the last ladies report and I feel her pain.
I bought a bike on the 11th of April,$199 plus tax. It rained for two days then yesterday I went out for a ride ...almost 20k on a manicured trail. The results of this are that front gears don't work and the cable has already broken, the handle bars creak and groan. I took it in this morning and the only option you have is repair...I was willing to spend another $100 for a better quality bike...they told me that there no returns or exchanges for a ridden bike... :-(
Here's my present situation... out $225... had bike in my possession for 48hrs... presently, no bike... and no estimates on a return date from the repair guys. WTF? Not impressed!
