I have a paid site with Netfirms. The site has malfunctioned for days each month on a rotine basis. Netfirms set a record this December. Customers have not been able to buy for 20 days straight and I missed the entire Christmas season. The site is still down and tech has no solution or word. Customers called in very angry and I don't think they will be back. I guess I better start looking for a job.
