I purchased a monitor arm for my 19" flat monitor for around $200. When I put it together, I found that the arm was not going to work for me. It was too stiff for rotating and moving out of the way, and it didn't tilt into the position I needed. I immediately uninstalled it, and packed it up in its original packaging. There starts the bad adventure. I called to get a return authorization and found that you can only correspond to the return department by email. Over a week later, I received the RMA and instructions on where to send it. Two months and several emails later, I receive a denial for the return. They said it was damaged and sent pictures of the contents of the the arm. The pictures show scuff marks of installation. The scuff marks would be impossible to avoid because of the black coding they have on the arm and screws. Needless to say, I haven't ever dealt with a company, that in my opinion, searches for any reason to deny returning the money you've spent on something that simply doesn't work for you.

Swappernet.com is one of the harder lifestyle sites to navigate through. It's layout and design need a MAJOR overhaul and the sad part is they just updated it. It's biggest issue is their lack of customer service and there increadibly fickle site admin who seems to kick people off the site all the time for no "real" reson.
