I thought it would be great having fast internet. The guy got everything installed then told me about download limits (FAP). The equipment was $600 so I hung in there. It was marginally better than dial-up. Two months after it was installed cable internet came to my neighborhood. After the new FAP policy was instituted it was SLOWER than dial-up and three times as expensive. I closed closed the account and went to cable. I can't even give their equipment away.
