Happy Nappy GTA - bad vibes, Tuesday, October 20, 2009 @ 9:42:00 PM
I used Comfy Cotton for my first child but decided to give Happy Nappy a try for my second because the diapers are fitted. We used the diapers for 4 months and then decided to cancel the service. Though we gave more than two weeks notice, the owner, John, was obviously not pleased that we were cancelling. Bottom line: he forgot to deliver our diapers for our last week of service and refused to give us a refund. Our delivery day was Friday. We left the diapers out on Friday and went away for the weekend. When we returned Monday evening, the dirty (stinking) diapers were still on our porch and there were no new diapers. We had to rush out and buy disposables. When I contacted him to find out what had happened, he claimed to have forgotten and asked if we needed diapers. I said no, since I had bought disposables, but expressed concern regarding the dirty diapers. I assumed he would refund me the week since we did not receive service but so far, he has refused. In fact, he has stopped bothering to respond to my emails on the matter. Since the company relies on word of mouth for its business growth, I am using the only tool I have at my disposal: please be warned, John seems to have a weird sense of customer service. I would definitely NOT recommend Happy Nappy. Go with Comfy Cotton.
