HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...anyway this is by far the biggest disappointment in internet service i've ever seen. I had dial-up back in the boondocks and it's faster than this most of the time. I have filed with the BBB already, and hughesnet called saying how sorry they were and the were going to fix the problem.and then like that my internet service was 10x faster...for about 2 days. Now I'm back to half of dial-up speeds and most of the time it won't even connect. I should have known what I was getting myself into when the installer came in a old broken down truck and a holey white t-shirt. And get this, the installer had to use my drill because his didn't even work, oh yeah and he was missing some of the parts to the satellite out of the box...used maybe? But I signed a contract and can't cancel because I have to buy the stupid equipment anyway. Just beware of these crazy indian people! and enjoy your dial-up.
