i had a problem emailing them too, i realized you have to email their "sales" email. i dont think the "info" email works or is checked. after emailing to the sales@skinrxclinic. com address i got immediate responce and they sent me my purchase and a free gift (not just a sample) to make up for the inconvenience.

Tonight's episode about pregnant teens., Sunday, July 22, 2007 @ 9:49:00 PM
I love, love, love your show. I have been meaning to write for awhile but tonights episode about pregnant teenages had me balling. I am a Social Worker and have had to deal with many of these situations. The episode was very sensitive and the story line was so well written. Thank you for having a wonderful series. You guys are all talented!!!

The fact that one can only rate within 30 days from the reading (in the case of psychics)results in most of the ratings being good. Because the psychics are usually nice (let us not forget they are getting paid for it!), but they will usually give you a time frame of 5 weeks or more, meaning that if you decide to wait for the outcome and then rate, you will not be able to, and the rest of clients will not be able to know that your predictions did not come to pass. I think Kassamba is very tricky with this; they should allow clients to rate whenever they want... They know (who doesn't?) that the outcome is really all that matters. If you just want someone nice to talk to, you can go see a friend.
Is it really that all predictions come to pass, or is it more likely that some people decide to wait and then, after 30 days, never get a chance to rate and to say that things did not happen as foretold?
I think we should wake up here; there's no sense in paying for false hopes. This does not mean some of them aren't good.
