Has anyone ever had success contacting Gemm.com over a problem that exists over a transaction. I have and it can be very frustrating.
The contacts on their website do not work, not even the one for their manager Roger. All the emails I have sent have bounced back within minutes undelivered as a Mail System error.
When Gemm handle the transaction themselves - no problem, but would not recommend the PayPal option!
My problem is far from resolved, I only wish they would fix this
