I can't believe this crew at Sears! We have been customers of Sears for so long that I remember the Sears card saying Simpson Sears. If it's appliances,furniture snowblowers Electronics...we have bought it at Sears! Recently our front end loader washer went on the blink...it's been 3 weeks and we still haven't received a call from the service teck! Sears Customer service with their new slogan "over promise and under deliver" guaranteed he would be their Saturday...well Saturday fell smack dab in the middle of the last holiday long weekend...so we forego taking the kids for the last blast before school heads back in...Saturday noon, 2, 4 ,6pm comes and no service guy!
I'm telling you...this Maytag repair man isn't that lonely! we have 8 calls into his voicemail and to date (Sept 2nd) he has NOT returned one!
I'm going to tell you a little something Sears...and you shouldn't have to be a brain surgeon to comprehend this...Customers have options today, places to shop! this isn't the 20' and 30's where people needed your catalogue to double as Cottonelle in the outhouse!The only blessing here is that I don't own any Sears stock. P.S Thanks for driving me to the internet to shop
