I have had accounts since the very beginning. Never attempt to log in with the belief that your service will be available! I have been without service multiple times for as long as 4-5 days. Nothing can be worse than having important information than you need to access and being absolutely helpless to do so. Use Mail.com as your backup account...Never your primary one!

Now, they have discontinued the bistro steak salad and they seldom have the garden vegetable soup, both of which were staples on my Weight Watchers diet! So sad to have to give them up.
