Their customer service email address is wecare AT bloomex.ca That is not the case - THEY DO NOT CARE - ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY - THEY PROVIDE A TOTALLY SUBSTANDARD SERVICE - I ORDERED A BOUQUET OF PINK AND LAVENDER ROSES FOR A CLIENT TO REPRESENT A BREAST CANCER CAUSE - I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THE ORDER HAD BEEN SUCCESSFUL - THEN AFTER THE FLOWERS HAD BEEN DELIVERED AN EMAIL ARRIVED SAYING THEY HAD CHANGED THE ORDER - THEY SENT A BUNCH (AND I MEAN A BUNCH) OF RED ROSES (SO INAPPROPRIATE) TO MY CLIENT AND HAVE IGNORED COMPLETELY, THE 5 EMAILS I HAVE SENT TO THE MANAGEMENT AND ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN HAD THE COURTESY TO RESPOND IN ANY WAY - I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TOO!!
