I am a customer of Industry Connection. Zanne really did a great job talking up her company and how professional their developers are. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! I am also a developer and I must say it was some of the worst work I've ever seen. The customer service was terrible too. We tried time and time again to get issues resolved, set up meetings to discuss our problems, we rarely even got a phone call returned. Our business suffered greatly. I'm putting this here so that someone else doesn't make the mistake we did.

Rick and Lee are the greatest. By far they treated us with the most fantastic photography and they are the sweetest people ever. They truly had our best Interest in mind. We could not be happier.

Has anyone managed to get through to them?
A friend that I passed onto simonweb a few years ago cannot cancel their service. They will not accept registered mail, all their phone numbers are out of service and they do not answer email.
The only thing they are capable of doing is taking money out of your bank account every month.
I sent an email and letter cancelling my service and then luckily had to change banks b/c I got married.
Be careful with these guys, they are no good!

Excellent Service both customer and technical support are excellent.
Professional people and they really know their job, give straight forward simple to understand help/support,
