This service is ridicules. One month after receiving my samsung phone I started receiving dropped calls,no service. The phone was returned for repair several times to no avail. I argued with the Bell representatives for a new phone and even emailed bell mobility Re:the problem. This has been on-going for 2 years now with this crappy phone and now I have switched to FIDO. They gave me a free phone and $150.00 credit to get me out of my bell contract. This is what I call service. Been 2 weeks now, the service is excellent...and no dropped calls. The reception on my SONY phone is awesome...thank you FIDO, so long Bell. P.S. seens i have left Bell, I received a letter from the Vice-President of client care Cameron McCuaig begging me to return to a better service than I was receiving and he was to give me exclusive offers. Well you guessed it, NO RETURN PHONE CALLs!
