Hello and thank you for reading this.
The last post is from a customer in Canada. Mr. Wick**pala. Mr. Wick**Pala placed his order online on January 10th, 2011 with a credit card. His order was processed on January 11th, 2011 and his credit card DECLINED. We sent a standard email to Mr. Wick**Pala to state it declined and he insisted it was good. January 12th, 2011 I contacted Mr. Wick**Pala in canada by phone and was able to obtain a credit card that in fact was good and we continued with his order. We shipped this order on January 12th, 2011 with the United States Custom number of lc280341752us. To Ontario Canada. Normal delivery to Canada through customs is 5 to 7 business days with the method of shipping he choose. So on January 19th, 2011 he states we never contacted him and he didn't receive his order, when in fact he emailed us on the 20th of January from wick1952@**ail.com to thank us for the CD. At that time I asked mr. Wick**pala to append his comment and to date has not. So, a full explanation of the situation was in order. We have been online since 1996 and process every order and ship every order we receive as fast as we can.
