Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I can see the motel was built in the 1960's, however the place is well maintained and groomed with lots of care. Room was very clean beds were firm and the pool was new well kept. Smartly and modestly decorated this little motel met or exceeded most of my expectations. Its location can’t be beat, it's walking distance to the top Lake George attractions. Please note, the complementary continental breakfast should be improved to include several more working toasters, a selection of cereal with milk and bread for toast. I chose this motel for the great location, price and the fact breakfast was included. For me, one of the three fell short. Overall you can't beat the value of this Motel. The price was significantly lower than comparable ones in the area. I highly recommend this motel to the value oriented traveler.

I have been buying fans for my homes since the mid-eighties. I found out about Concord Fans late 1997, and have since bought and installed more than 20 different models, replacing worn out Casablanca's Hunters, and Emerson fans. All of the Concord Fans are still working great. Easy to install, extremely quiet!
