I bought some grandma's cookies and they were are crums they were smashed the ups seal number is 2840000150 I love these cookies I eat them every morning for with my coffee. these cookies were oatmeal raisin the date on the package expires jan 1, 08 the number under the date 3573269

The brake master cylinder that I ordered from partsbin was delayed by a day and I was so upset but it is a good thing they called me up and told me about the cause of delay and they gave me a discount coupon for my next order.
I like to congratulate them for a job well done. You deserve a 4 Star rating for a good service recovery.

I don't know much about this organization, but their website boasts some unsubstantiated "facts" about marijuana. The site is even vague and threatening when it explains the marijuana laws of my particular state. Laws, mind you, that can easily be read in their entirety on official state government websites. Under the "About Us" tab on the home-page, they make a seemingly ironic statement that "Many go to drug treatment centers, only to go back to drugs after a short time." If this is true than perhaps they should start doing their homework and understanding the truth about the drugs featured on the site. They talk about Marijuana using the same harsh tone as Meth. Meth is a horrible drug, heroin is a horrible drug, but my friends Marijuana is not a horrible drug. In fact, its negative effects pale in comparison to every other drug on the site, including alcohol, which is legal for god's sake. I sincerely hope that this organization is helping people who need help. This sight needs to inform people of the differences between recreational drug use, and a habit. Marijuana is non-habit forming. Their are no withdraw symptoms. I admit that it is unsafe for someone to get behind the wheel under the influence of any drug, but what people do in their own homes should be their own business. In short, the sight needs to get with the times and understand that marijuana is not the evil drug that it was labeled as back in the 1920's.

Even if they have a problem - and all hosts do at times, for whatever reason - they address it immediately, and inform their customers.
Whenever I have any issues at all, they come through for me right away to fix them or tell me what I've done to cause them so I can fix them (I'm no tech head) and I've even required some handholding at times, and Jenn or one of the Cadre people are ALWAYS there to do that for me with a smile.
You can't please everyone all the time, but in my personal opinion, Crosswinds is the best host out there. You can't beat "old fashioned" good service. I won't be going anywhere, they have my business for as long as I'm online.
