This company is unethical, and practices false advertising/deceiving marketing tactics. There is NO customer service here...simple very arrogant personnel ensuring the bottom line of the owner..who gainfully exploiting people with very poor quality goods and services. I order flowers, was misquoted with respect to product, delivery and on top of it they failed to delivery the flowers in a vase. When I finally got through to someone (weeks later), I was treated rudely, the person was condescending and thought she was doing me a favour..they then delivery a “plastic” vase three weeks later. If you care about quality, respect, service, integrity and what you are paying for...strong do not recommend purchasing from this company.
