The first post by Mrwink is incredibly wrong! Rubylane is the SAFEST place to shop. They honor a 3 day money back guarantee. All sellers must comply. Yes, the site 'policed' by other sellers on Rubylane which is wonderful for the buyer. This means that all merchandise has to be listed CORRECTLY. No sifting through tons of pages like Ebay with mis-titled, inaccurate descriptions like Ebay. If seller's cannot comply and list items correctly, then yes, they can have their shop closed. This is good for the buyer unlike Ebay where any and everything goes! For example, if a vase is listed and described as Moser, it is a Moser vase, not some other questionable glass maker. An item listed Victorian? It will be Victorian, not listed as a 1940s vintage Victorian item. NO new items are allowed. The sellers must comply with Rubylane's listing policies which is wonderful. It makes it a much better place to shop. It is easy to use and has been in business now for over 10 years and growing. Shop with confidence as you will not be disappointed! Make a reasonable offer to the sellers and expect great items to arrive! I would rate this site as over the top at 10 stars. I have purchased so many items and all have been gorgeous and described properly!
