Making three purchases from them now, I have found nothing but good customer service. Shipping was indeed quite quick ! I ordered the boat plans, military gun blueprints, wifi hacking 09 and computer hackers workbook. All quite interesting. I would agree that this is a very good place to start and the company in general has been in business since 1986, starting in mail order catalogs, then going online in 1996 to present online. I found an old nuts and volts magazine with the company advertisement. So they have surely been in this long enough to be a reputable company. I have another order hopefully next week for a couple other titles I have seen.
