I ordered 3 gps units for a laptop. I was ordering these for a desktop mounted in the back off a truck so I needed correct antenna connection information. I ordered all the wiring and the gps units. I received gps units that had different antenna connections than what were stated on the web. When you need to contact the company the only way is through email. So I emailed and waited a day or two for response, the customer service rep said that I must have misread the specs. This goes back and forth for a week. In the end I just bought some adaptors to remedy the problem. You need to carefully read the return policy for this company it is pretty pricey to return. Also you should look around a little more, as there prices are about double most other places. As I found out a little to late. Stay away, from this company.
