Their website is terrible and its a chore to get to the checkout. Noone answers their helpline even during morning hours.
They will charge you £30 to register for VAT, and then ask you to fill out the form and post it yourself! When I asked for my money back, they said that sending a free online form constitutes "service" and returning money is at their discretion...
They don't send information to HMRC after company incorporation either..
Save your money and void this firm at all costs..
