dang!! misery loves company...too bad so sad for those of us who enjoy you tube, downloading anything...the women who advertise for hughesnet should be in the movies; they would win academy awards. i ordered an upgrade a couple of months ago and now am trying to find out the status of it. at the end of the day i will be stuck going through that frustrating customer service to get the answer. i hope i understand the answer...hoping to have done it over the email. oh well. hewlet-packard computer company has the same kind of customer service. i needed help and they stuck to their scripts. the help i needed was a little more individual than a script. my next computer was not an HP...too bad i couldn't do that with internet...
