That is the one word that describes Hughes Net. It is terrible. First off, the person who came to install the dish was wearing torn jeans and a hole filled white T-shirt and smelled of alchahol and tobacco. Second, if you watch 5 - 10 minute videos and your screwed. You get the punishment of the "Fair Access Policy" or whatever that's called. Your speed gets reduced to nothing and your download speed gets reduced to 1-3 kb a second. I just got an ipod for christmas. I've wanted one forever, and when I finally got one, you need to download iTunes. But, no. Hughes Net hates all type of fun. I couldn't. From where I had been on youtube the previous day, it prevented from downloading it.
So please, people don't get Hughes Net. They charge you insane prices of over 70 dollars a month for crap. If you at least want the FAP (Fair Access Policy) changed, sign the petition here. www.petitiononline.com/dpcfap/petition.html
