We had a bad experience with one of our wedding vendors. So bad, in fact, that we ultimately did not sign a contract with them (we would have signed one, but they lost it!). We wanted to inform others to stay away from this company, but weddingwire would not accept this negative review, because we didn't enter into a contract with the vendor (i.e. we didn't pay them any money).
This policy means that the site has a bias in favor of good reviews, and lacks many bad reviews because of their policy. Because of this, you should not trust this website.
