Sat. 27. 2010, in Sanford, NC. We arrived at 6:15 p.m. Our server name was Victoria, she was pleasant and did her best to make our experience wonderful, however, they dropped hot apples on the back of my brother-in-law and was more concerned about the floor than they were about getting the food off his back. My sister asked to be sit in another location and the manager told her to look for another table. When the manager asked my brother-in-law what they could do he replied just his meal free. At that point the manager didn't try to do anything more. NOW, lets talk about the food! My son ordered the 1/4 lb bacon cheeseburger, the cheese looked a day old and tasted a day old. The food was just pure nasty. Everyone agreed we will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, go back to Cracker Barrell AGAIN!!!
