1. oneoffice.com Monday, May 21, 2012 @ 10:39:00 AM
I was tidying up my accounts today and decided to follow up on an email I had sent to oneoffice.com about double-billing. It seems I had been double-billed (perhaps due to my own mistake) since I registered a virtual office address with them. I discovered the mistake some seven months back, wrote to them about it - but did not hear back. I called them today and spoke to a very pleasant customer services person - who said he'd rectify the mistake. These things happen and I was not particularly bothered by it until I got a call an hour later from one of the bosses. I felt interrogated and his tone was aggressive. When I asked him to tone it down, he tried to talk over me. Clearly he was having a bad day - and eventually he hung up on me. These are strange times. Business is tough (I own a few businesses myself and know), yet some people feel that customer abuse is a good business development strategy. I've asked OneOffice for an apology, so if you're reading this review, then it's because I have not gotten one yet.
