The price was almost give-away, but is there no CTC buyer who checks a sample of these products before they go on the shelves?
No battery included, but that's OK. Instructions: "Remove the screw on the back." But there are FOUR screws on the back, with no indication of where the battery goes. Instruction on the back: "Install fuse and battery ." No indication of where the fuse goes or how to obtain one.
Oh wait a minute -- the battery compartment is the top opening, the fuse the lower one. And while there's no battery, there IS a fuse already in.
Now the only problem is you need a magnifyer to read the ranges on the dial. But, as I say, the low price was remarkable, and it seems to work fine. In short, instructions "Poor"; value "Great."
