I've had a bad experience with Bloomex..I ordered flowers on the 18th Dec and paid extra for same day delivery..they were delivered on the 22nd Dec ALL DEAD..I have tried to contact Bloomex to no avail..it's disgusting how they do business.My complaint is in the hands of Visa and I will NOT be dealing with them again.Also,I am telling everyone I know about my experience and suggesting they order their flowers elsewere.
Oh by the way,I certainly can backup my complaint and therefore it will hold up in court..Eleanor J young
