My engine boiled over on a levee road and I could not pull off to safely park. How can you not justify notifying customers of known part failures which could cause death or injury. You do not provide answers only canned speaches about how you try to help, but just try to get a human to speak to. I have talked to two PR types who are only drones and have received four answers to my e-mail which are the same message. The message interprets into "we're sorry you're having trouble. Good luck to you and the future.

why did ford motor install potential defective component and now refuse to reimburse any amount of money to repair it (cost 1400dollars. There was a class action that limited the settlement to a time period of 7years after purchase. What they are doing is limiting the settlement to those who put a lot of miles on their cars in a short period of time.
