all i wanted was my air conditioner fixed, well it only took 5 trips over 170 miles each way. and 3 compressors. then the last time they scuffed up my front bumper and dented my hood of my car. i do not know if any ford dealer or ee of ford knows the meaning of cx service. or a simple phone call. and that's only one of my ford problems or headaches!! after these problems are gone it is ford no more. for me and all my family members and friends when i spread the word.
