Mozilla continues to pump out fantastic free-ware programs that are useful to the every day person. Firefox and Thunderbird are two of my favorite and most used programs on my computer.

I concur that this is a terrible company. I work technical support for an Internet company and I have had to completely overhaul more than a few customer's computers because of this program. There is no reason to download it when you have yahoo and google for free and without the added spyware/spam/malware.

I moved into my apartment at the end of April. It is now the end of July and I have yet to receive my reward card. I talked to my Apartment manager, who said they hadn't heard anything from Rent.com and claimed she would email them. Three weeks later I called Rent.com myself to ask where it was. They claimed if they didn't hear anything back from the apartment complex within another 21 DAYS that they would go ahead and issue the card. So far, nothing, and the status of my giftcard has not changed on the website from "waiting for confirmation from Apartment Manager". I would recommend not to use rent.com again unless you are prepared to waste a lot of time kicking and screaming to get your giftcard.
