I am a stockholder and employee with the bank and each year at some point in the year the bank comes out with a statement on why our earnings and outlook is not good. When I came to the bank six and half years ago the bank stock was 68.00 a share and now it is hovering around $10.00 a share. I am not very happy to see some excuse each year on why we are having the problems that we are. We have been making a lot of changes in the past 3 years that do not seem to be having any effect on the stock price. It seems to me that the calls that are being made are not the direction that we should be going in. I hope there is buyout down the road for all stockholders interest.
