Well like so many other complaints on this company, the flowers arrived frozen. And when you try to get any satisfaction on the phone well... lets just say they are only focused on collecting money and are not there to fix anything. I wished I'd read the online reviews on them before I ordered. So if you are reading my note please save yourself the grief and get your flowers some where else.
